The Elevating Leadership Experience is a 2.5-day immersive gathering for leaders at all levels of aviation. Across six guided sessions set along Victoria’s Inner Harbour, you’ll build the leadership frameworks, coaching tools, and peer relationships that will stay with you for the rest of your career.
This is not a conference. There are no keynotes, or exhibition halls. This is 35 aviation leaders — in a room, doing the work together — practising the conversations and decisions that define how you lead under pressure.
The frameworks you’ll learn don’t expire when you fly home. The Ladder of Inference, coaching conversation structures, neuroscience of high-stakes decisions — these are tools you’ll use every day, in every role, for the rest of your career in aviation.
In aviation, you lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes, time-compressed environments where you rarely have full authority. Generic leadership programs don’t understand that. This one does.
Every framework, case study, and conversation is grounded in the operational realities of aviation. You won't spend time translating generic leadership theory to your world, it's already there.
The coaching tools, conversation frameworks, and neuroscience principles you learn here don't expire. They become part of how you lead in your current role and every role that follows.
35 aviation leaders. No strangers by day two. The relationships built in Victoria, the peer conversations, the shared meals, the late-evening harbour conversations outlast the event itself.
Led by EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certified facilitators with backgrounds in aviation, adult education, and professional coaching. Not instructors, practitioners who understand what you carry into the room.
Stepping out of your operational environment is not a nice-to-have, it is the work. Victoria's Inner Harbour creates the space for the depth of reflection and connection this experience requires.
Accommodation, meals, and all learning materials are included. You arrive as a participant, not a planner. Every detail has been considered so you can show up fully present and ready to lead.
The goal of this experience is not a certificate on your wall. It’s a fundamental shift in how you show up as a leader in the conversations, decisions, and moments that define your impact in aviation.
A coaching approach to leadership conversations. Practical tools to guide your team's thinking, build accountability, and lead through complexity without micromanaging. You'll use these every week.
The Ladder of Inference. A framework for understanding how assumptions drive decisions and how to interrupt that process before it damages trust, communication, or safety culture.
Neuroscience of high-stakes conversation. How pressure and emotion shape the conversations that matter most and what to do about it. Directly applicable to aviation's high-stakes operational environment.
Your personal leadership vision. A guiding word or principle that anchors how you lead, clarified, articulated, and tested against real scenarios over 2.5 days. Yours to carry forward.
A peer network of aviation leaders. 35 leaders who understand the specific realities of leading in aviation. Not LinkedIn connections, people who were in the room with you when the real conversations happened.
A personal leadership action plan. You'll leave Victoria with a specific, actionable plan tied to your real leadership context that you can implement the Monday you return to work.
Mid-level leaders and managers in any aviation sector: airlines, airports, MRO, aerospace, training, government, tech
Leaders who have proven themselves operationally and are now ready to strengthen how they lead, influence, and develop others

Leaders sponsored by their organization and employers looking to invest in a high-potential team member's long-term development
Leaders at a career inflection point, stepping into a larger role, expanding their mandate, or building a new team

Kristine Morris brings a rare combination of credentials to this experience: formal EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certification, a deep background in adult education and program design, and years of work inside the aviation community she serves.
As the driving force behind Elevate U’s leadership programs, Kristine designed the Elevating Leadership Experience from the ground up, building the curriculum, the facilitation approach, and the progression of sessions to deliver leadership development that actually sticks. She understands that the leaders who come to Victoria are not looking for inspiration. They are looking for tools.
In the room, Kristine creates the conditions for real conversation, the kind that changes how you see yourself as a leader and what you do on Monday morning.
"This experience isn't just something you learn. It becomes part of how you lead. What you build here, you carry forward.
